Hai Huynh is a real estate executive with over 20 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, and international markets. A University of Utah (USA) graduate, Hai began his career by investing in the U.S. residential real estate market before moving into commercial real estate, where he built a reputation for strategic insight and investment expertise.
After recognizing the potential of Vietnam’s growing market, Hai returned to his home country and served as COO of ERA Vietnam Real Estate—a global brokerage brand active in over 35 countries—for five years. He led major initiatives and consulted top developers across the region.
Hai is now the CEO of Innovista, where he brings global best practices to local opportunities, driving innovative growth in Vietnam’s real estate sector.
